01
Gathering Requirements
Gathering requirements is a very essential and vital step in the UX process. If the requirements are gathered wrong, the whole project will be wrong and get out of the right track. Not only that, but it is also a unique process in the software development life cycle (SDLC). So It needs lots of research and an intensive understanding of what kind of project you’re setting out on. So, we focus on depth research to gain a complete understanding of the project by gathering requirements from stakeholders and user reviews to create an accurate requirements definition document that describes each project.
02
Discovery Process
The beginning of the designing process is the discovery & product definition stage where we will have a long meeting with you to find out the purpose of your product, who will use it and why they use it. Then we will validate your idea, define your idea’s concept & review all the materials you have. Then we will create a roadmap.
03
User Research
UI/UX user research implies continually thinking from the user’s perspective about which features of a product they like. Our user research provides the valuable insights of a product which are faced by user experience journey through the application. In short, User research tells us what features users expect from your product. So, we create user journeys to understand behavioral aspects and improve workflows.
04
Sitemap & User-Flow
Before starting our research project we’ll collect the information from our project research. Then we will demonstrate all the collected information that will be shown by sitemap. After that, we will illustrate the website structure in a way that will be incredibly easy to understand for people as it is very user-focused. Then we will show the user flow diagram to show the routes we can take to go from point A to point B.
05
Visual Design Process
We will conduct the visual design which is an essential experience design method that focuses on the aesthetics of a site or application. Specifically, we will focus on the functionality and usability of an application or a site to design a user experience. By usability and functionality, we mean focusing on creating a delightful and useful user experience that is based upon an explicit understanding of users, tasks, and environments.
06
Prototype
Then we will design a prototype for the application. Prototyping is an experience design process of creating interactive sketches that look like the final product. So, we will sketch the prototype for the application based on the product’s description given by stakeholders and data gathered from user research. After that prototypes will help UX designers to Show stakeholders how the final product would look and function. Then We can fully visualize the end result of the product and gauge its usability before its final deployment.
07
Testing
Now, it’s time to get feedback from users. So, we will test our prototype with different methodologies. It is Testing which is the last of the user experience steps that evaluate the usability of a final product. We will use the following techniques for Testing to conduct the usability of the final product with real users. These are -- Concurrent Think Aloud (CTA), Retrospective Think Aloud (RTA), Concurrent Probing (CP), Retrospective Probing (RP), site analytics, and A/B Testing.
08
Deployment
Now it’s time to launch. So, we will provide you with the final UI/UX design of your application. After then if you have any issues, no worries, our talented team will check & fix the issues carefully and after verifying everything, you will be asked to review the work. We know that product design is an ongoing process that requires constant maintenance and the beauty of the UX/UI design is that it’s never finished.
